A few things to know before you book.

Planning your escape should feel as relaxed as the trip itself. A 50% deposit confirms your stay and holds your room. This deposit is non-refundable due to our small size and limited availability. The remaining 50% is charged 72 hours before check-in. At that point, your stay is fully confirmed and non-refundable.

On the day of your arrival, a temporary pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card:

  • $250 for standard rooms

  • $500 for standard rooms with pets

  • $750 for the Country Farmhouse

  • $1000 for Country Farmhouse with pets

If your plans change, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancel 3 days or less before arrival: full stay is charged

arrival & Departure

We use contactless self-check-in to make your arrival smooth and simple. There is no front desk, and there is no waiting. A damage deposit pre-authorization is taken on a valid credit card before check-in. See booking policies above for amounts by room type.

  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
