Your Muskoka visit starts with our simple process: lock in your room now, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Planning your escape should feel as relaxed as the trip itself. A 50% deposit confirms your stay and holds your room. This deposit is non-refundable due to our small size and limited availability. The remaining 50% is charged 72 hours before check-in. At that point, your stay is fully confirmed and non-refundable.
On the day of your arrival, a temporary pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card:
$250 for standard rooms
$750 for the Country Farmhouse
$500 for guests bringing pets
If your plans change, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancel 5 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
Cancel 3 days or less before arrival: full stay is charged

We use contactless self-check-in to make your arrival smooth and simple. There is no front desk, and there is no waiting. A $250 damage deposit pre-authorization is taken on a valid credit card before check-in.
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
You’ll receive detailed instructions in your inbox before you arrive.

We welcome well-behaved dogs (max 2 per room) for $45 per night, plus tax. A refundable $500 pre-authorization will be held on your card during your stay.

All of our rooms and buildings are strictly vape and smoke-free. A $500 cleaning fee applies if smoking or vaping is detected indoors

Primary Guests Must Be 21 Years of Age and Older. Government Issue Photo ID is Requred Prior to Check In
